WOMENS GROUP PROGRAM 2025

TIME: 11am – 12.30pm

GROUP MEET UP: (Friday each month)

The groups provide:

Connection with other’s who understand neurodivergence and, in a space, where you can build friendships and connections in community

Share experiences, challenges, and victories

Discuss strategies for tackling life’s challenges from and neurodiverse lens

Build self-confidence and discover your strengths

Neurodivergent Burnout psychoeducation to reduce the pre burnout/burnout cycle

Strategies to assist with traits of rejection sensitivity, masking, hypo/hyper sensitivity to emotions

Relationships

ADOLESCENT GIRLS GROUP

When: Tuesday each fortnight

Time: 4.30pm - 6pm

As well as sharing all of the above we also support:

relationships with parents and peers

changes in ages and stages of development and how this influences all parts of our lives
